OKay !! We love everything - Where to start ?
- First, you will be asked to fill in a short but sweet questionnaire to help us understand your vision of your event.
- Next, We will send you a calendar link to book a virtual meet over zoom or a phone call.
- During your meet, you will meet your event coordinator and photography team. At TWS you have a dedicated event coordinator (who had a background in wedding planning!) who will be there with you every step of the way, guiding you and making sure your experience with us is as flawless as your wedding photographs!!
- Once, all the paper formalities are over, we form a WhatsApp group through which we all will be communicating till and after the wedding day is over.
- Once the wedding day is over, we will invite you to your photo reveal night which is essentially another great excuse for your family to get together and relive the magic.
- Over the period of 5 months, once we finish editing all the photographs, we will provide you with a USB and a very special thank-you gift ;)
How many images will we get in our final gallery ?
It depends on the size of your wedding, but on average you will receive 700-1000 colour and black and white, edited images in high resolution just from your wedding day, and more from your other events like receptions and pre wedding events !!
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our sneak peek editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations. Regarding the final gallery, it will take roughly 5 months to deliver the entire gallery of all the events.
How do you guide couples during the photoshoot?
We understand that not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera! Our approach is natural and relaxed, and we provide light direction to help you feel confident. Whether it's helping with poses, capturing candid interactions, or simply letting you enjoy the moment, we make sure you look your absolute best.
What is your Photograpy Style ?
We specialize in Candid yet Fine art styled wedding photography. Our approach ensures that every moment—big or small—is captured authentically, with a mix of beautifully posed portraits and spontaneous emotions. If you love natural, storytelling images that capture raw emotions, our style will be a perfect fit for your wedding day.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
What if something happens to our photographer ?
At TWS, there are no what if’s, coulda’s or shoulda’s! However, in the unlikely event of emergency, one of our other talented, studio team photographers will fill in.
Do you travel outside of Toronto ?
Yes, we are worldwide and will travel anywhere. There is a travel fee for any wedding destination more than 60 kilometres, and any engagement location more than 35km from the office.
What kind of payments do you accept ?
We accept certified cheques, Debit Cards and all major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
Do you have insurance coverage ?
Yes, we have commercial general liability coverage and our property and equipment is also insured.
